Automatic Level Control for Tank

Auto start the pump with level switch and contactor when the water level in tank reaches lower level and stop the pump when water level reaches upper level. (minimum and maximum tank level control).

Working

  • 1 Empty tank: The level switches (upper and lower) are closed and energizing the contactor coil (A1/A2), that remain energized by the contacts 13/14, turning the pump on.
  • 2 The tank level rises: The lower level switch opens the contacts, but the coil keeps energized by means of closed contact of the upper level switch and the contacts 13/14 of contactor.
  • 3 Filled up tank: The upper level switch opens when the reservatory is filled up, turning the pump off.
